I started writing this 1.5 years ago and I am just now ready to share…well…mostly…not completely…but I cannot wait anymore because there is a volcano erupting inside me and my soul truth can no longer be caged. I cannot ask you to speak your truth, to love unconditionally, fiercely & tenderly, to be so vulnerably raw, to allow yourself to be seen and heard, so that the world can heal, if I am not willing to do so myself. So here I am, as vulnerable as I am able to be in this moment, unwavering in my truth, embracing my power, and baring my soul.

I’ve learned that hiding or denying any aspect of ourselves out of fear of how the world will perceive us, is the greatest disservice we can do, not only for ourselves, but for humankind.
It is also one of the most terrifying and vulnerable things we can do.
We need to do it anyway.
This is the space where true love and connection forms.
I’ve spent many years finding and remembering why my soul was reincarnated this lifetime.
I’ve learned the greatest gift we can give to ourselves and the world is to just be ourselves.
FULLY. EXPRESSED.

When we SHINE our BRIGHT lights, we give others permission to shine theirs.
The more we all shine, the more we push out the darkness and the more respect & equality we have for ALL.
Part of my FULL self-expression is that I am a sensual and sexual being. A woman who enjoys moving her body the way it was intended to. S Factor, an organic feminine dance movement, that involves a pole ;), has been a part of my journey in embracing my sensuality and sexuality; empowering me to feel healthy, ALIVE and strong in my body, without shame. It has shown me that every women’s body is a magnificent, glorious, miraculous gift. It is the body of life, literally. Humankind would not exist if it were not for the female anatomy, that is so ruthlessly, physically, emotionally, mentally, and verbally abused, day in & day out. Therefore causing fear and shame for any movement that may seem provocative or erotic.
We are ALL (male & female) erotic creatures and there is NO shame in that. No one should lay victim to expressing their primal truths (so long as it doesn’t cause harm to anyone else). No more shrinking from the delight of our own bodies. It does NOT matter what the media says or how others may perceive your femininity. It only matters how YOU FEEL inside, when you connect to that internal flame of fire wanting to dance through you, everyday.
Unleash her.
Within her lies your creativity, bliss, deep love, and healing of the soul. If we do not let the internal fire dance out through us, it will burn us alive.
S Factor is a pioneer in the pole dancing exercise movement. It cultivates a safe community of women & teaches them how to reconnect with how they FEEL when they move their body - sensually, sexually, unrepressed, fully expressed. There is not a single mirror in the studio. You cannot even try to look at yourself to see if you are doing it “right,” because if you are dancing from your heart & soul, your inner fire, there is no possible way you could get it “wrong.”
After over a decade as a student, I am so blessed and grateful, to also now be a teacher of this mesmerizing, awe-inspiring, breathtaking, heart opening, raw, true, soul expression.
The world is shifting and healing so that the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine may stand together in sacred union. That also means the feminine and masculine within each of us. That cannot happen until we strip ourselves naked to the core. Including our primal selves. This is where new life is birthed from – human, artistic, or scientific. It is where unlimited abundance lies. It is where you fully meet Spirit, the Divine, god, goddess - whatever word you choose. Spirituality is not separate from our sensuality and sexuality. Not even close. It IS what makes us Sacred. Sensuality and sexuality are the most powerful expressions of Divinity and your greatest prayer.
Get naked.
Get raw.
Dive deep into your soul.
Unleash your truth, your hurt, your anger, your love, your desires, your compassion, your passions.
It is time.
To un-cage your heart and soul.
Dance, create, indulge, fuck, make love, peel another layer of vulnerability away.
Go deep.
Heal.
